Instructions for Translators

1.  Translate the help:
   • Translate all HTM files in the html_help directory and in its subdirectories.
   • Do not translate or modify the "_related_topics:", __PRODUCT_NAME__ or __PRODUCT_NAME_UNFORMATTED__.
   • Do not translate or modify hyperlinks on a line behind "_related_topics:"
   • All headings of level 1 (H1 tag in HTML code) and some of level 2 (H2) include bookmarks, you must keep the bookmarks.
   • Please do not remove hyperlinks.
   • Set your character set in each HTM file in your HTML editor (the current character set is iso-8859-1 - USA and western Europe).

   If you are not sure, you can translate only one file (e.g. 07How to/How to.htm) and send us it for reviewing.

2. Set and translate something in the addition.htm file (note: magenta texts are comments).
3. Pack the html_help directory and the addition.htm file by a zip program and send us it and we will build the Help document.

If you want to compile the help yourself and try the help on your computer:

1. Install Microsoft HTML Help Workshop from resources/htmlhelp.exe (3.3 MB).
2. Run the !compile_and_run.bat file to compile and run the help (the compiled help is the jp.chm file).
