Context menu of a puzzle

The puzzle context menu can be displayed in two ways:

  1. Click the right mouse button on a puzzle.
  2. Click the left mouse button on a button placed in the top right corner of a puzzle.

Note: If you have selected more puzzles, a context menu for more puzzles displays and some options will not be available.

Play

Moves you and a puzzle into the Play Room. You can start solving the puzzle (How to play a puzzle). You can also start the game by a double-click on a puzzle in the Store Room.

Modify

Moves you and a puzzle into the Modify Room where you can modify your puzzle. Having been changed the puzzle is automatically decomposed. But you cannot use this command, if the puzzle is a surprise.

Rename

Allows you to change the name of the puzzle. There cannot be two puzzles of the same name in one album. If you use the same name twice, you will be warned.

Remove

Delete the puzzle from the Store Room and your disk. Please be careful! Once deleted puzzle cannot be restored.

If you miss a trash known from an operating system, here is a little trick: Create a new album and call it "Trash". When you want to delete some puzzles, bring them into the "Trash". When the album "Trash" is too full, just clear it away.

Scatter

Decomposes the puzzle to single pieces.

Exhibit

The following commands can be used only in case the puzzle is solved.

In Gallery

Moves the puzzle into the depository in the gallery (Gallery Room). You can move only single puzzles not the whole albums.

As Game Wallpaper

Places the picture of the puzzle on the background of the Jigs@w Puzzle desktop. To modify or remove it you can use Options in the main menu of the Store Room.

As Windows Wallpaper

Places the picture of the puzzle on the background of the Windows desktop. How to remove a wallpaper, see FAQ.

Print

Prints out the puzzle together with its name. This command cannot be used when the puzzle is a surprise.

Mail

Sends the puzzle, see Mailing and Exporting.

Export

Saves the puzzle on a disk.
